sync automation is a private tool operated by the owner of this website. It creates short videos and uploads them to the owner's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the owner signs in to it.
Information the app accesses
When the channel owner authorizes the app with their Google account, it requests a single permission:
uploading videos to YouTube (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload). It uses this
permission only to upload videos to the owner's own channel and to set each video's title, description,
tags and privacy status.
The owner's private review panel also shows the public view, like and comment counts of the videos the app has uploaded. It reads these counts from the YouTube Data API with an API key, which gives access only to public data and not to the owner's account, each time the owner opens that page. The counts are not stored.
The app does not read, collect or store information about any other YouTube user or viewer.
How information is stored
The authorization credentials are stored only in the owner's private environment: their own computer and the encrypted secrets of their private code repository. They are used only to upload the owner's videos.
For each video it uploads, the app keeps the video's YouTube ID, its title and its upload or scheduled publish time in the owner's private repository, so the owner's review panel can list the videos. It stores nothing else from YouTube API responses.
Data retention and deletion
- Videos waiting for the owner's review are kept temporarily in cloud storage under unguessable links. They are deleted as soon as the owner publishes or rejects them.
- The authorization credentials are kept until the owner revokes the app's access. After access is revoked, the credentials stop working and are deleted from the owner's environment within 7 days.
- The records of uploaded videos (ID, title and publish time) are kept while the owner uses the app. If the owner revokes access or stops using the app, they are deleted within 7 days.

Cookies
The public pages of this website do not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The owner's password-protected review panel sets a single session cookie to keep the owner signed in. The app does not use advertising cookies and does not collect information from visitors' devices.
Sharing
The app does not sell, share or transfer any user data to third parties.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time from their Google account's security settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
